The service used to be on select lines, including the Northern Line to Morden and the Piccadilly to Heathrow.
26-year-old Ella Watson says the decision to keep it closed this winter impacts people on low incomes, as they have to take taxis home instead.
TfL says they’re looking to reopen it as soon as possible and that the safety of women and girls is an absolute priority.
