Carolyn Eastwood, Clare Holman and Andy Helliwell were among the thousands who took part in the 26.2-mile challenge on Sunday.
The charity, which has homes in Surbiton, High Wycombe and Solihull cares for veterans living with disability or dementia.
The money will be used to further the care provided.
