27 year old Shaan Mir from Weybridge, will face trial at Guildford Crown Court on Monday after pleading not guilty to all charges.
Matthew Tester, known as Tik, died at the scene of an incident on Church Road back in April.
The second victim, also in his 40s, received hospital treatment for serious injuries.
