John Joseph formed Pollard Rising Stars in 2015 to enable officers to form a bond with youngsters.
After three seasons, the team has ended up league winners in the South Surrey Youth League in their Premier Division.
Six of the players are to now join semi-pro football academies with others heading for apprenticeships.
