Ruth Cadbury participated in Saturday’s Thames Meander Marathon which took her from Kingston to Putney and back again.
She was running for Macmillan Cancer in memory of her sister Helen and, also for of Isleworth based charity, Cathja.
It offers a creative workshop for adults who are vulnerable to severe and enduring mental health issues.
Ms Cadbury is hoping to raise £1,500 via her Virgin Money Giving page.
