Part of the Hand in Hand Pub caught light earlier.
The blaze broke out in the storage area and part of the restaurant of the property in Crooked Billet just before 4pm according to London Fire Brigade.
Smoke was filmed by witnesses billowing from the roof of the building.
The fire was out within the hour and a gas cylinder removed.
London Fire Brigade says there’s no reports of any injuries.
The pub says it is temporarily having to close it's doors while the clean up is completed.
