The council says they’re going to upgrade the streets, green spaces, and infrastructure.
Among the projects will be the lighting of rail bridge underpasses, and additional pedestrian crossings.
A spokesperson says people spent more time in the borough during lockdown, and they want to make it “smarter and more attractive”.
