Nine Insulate Britain protesters have been summoned to appear at the High Court later this month over disruption on the M25

They're accused of contempt of court, for breaching an injunction banning demonstrations, which means they could face up to two years in jail.

A further 23 supporters who've also openly defied the orders are expected to be summoned in the coming days.

36-year-old Amy from Kingston took part in a demonstration near Manchester Airport yesterday.

She says it’s her “duty to prevent the horror” of climate change, and that “we have great power when we work together”.
