One man from Croydon has been jailed and six more await sentencing, for their role in making children deal drugs

21-year-old Ajay Stephens was the holder of a county line running from London to Hastings.

Members of his extended family, also from the Croydon area, ran the business for him while he was out of the country, and some had their own line.

The children have been safeguarded.

Detective Sergeant Ray Sekalongo says parents should be aware if their children repeatedly go missing, suddenly have lots of money, or have two phones.
