The charity wants people to buy gifts from its shops rather than buy new.
Money raised this way goes to helping the BHF fund research into all heart diseases, stroke, vascular dementia, and diabetes.
This year, the charity will save around 71,000 tonnes of goods from going to waste including 250,000 sofas sold in its stores.
