Water companies in England and Wales are being told to slash bills by more than 67-million pounds next year.

It's because they didn't live up to standards set by themselves and regulator Ofwat.

But it's unlikely to mean a big boost to family finances.

Customers of Thames Water many of whom live in Epsom and surrounding areas and will take the biggest hit

However they only expect to save an average of just 3-pounds-50 per household.
