It’s to be built on a site bordered by the A4 Great West Road, the M4 and the North Circular.
It will have 234 apartments, a 197-bedroom hotel, and room for 25 motor companies to exhibit new technologies.
As part of the approval, a £3.2m contribution will be made towards renovating Gunnersbury and Kew Bridge stations.
