A man and a teenage boy will appear before magistrates today, charged with the murder of a man outside a kebab shop in Kingston

27-year-old Sean Deery of no fixed address and a 15-year-old are both accused of the killing of Farhad Khalili.

Police were called to Surbiton Road just after 7pm last Wednesday.

The 32-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
