A street in Chelsea has taken the title of most expensive in the UK, with an average house price of £28.9m

Tite Street takes over from Avenue Road near St John’s Wood, according to Halifax.

South Ridge in Weybridge is the most expensive in the South-East with a house there setting you back an average of just over £7.1m.

Closely following it is East Road in Weybridge, which boasts prices of just under £6.9m.
