Brentford manager Thomas Frank says the Premier League should return to allowing teams to make five substitutions in a game.

The rule was brought in at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic to manage player welfare, but has since been reduced back to three changes per match.

With a piled up fixture list, and Covid concerns throughout the top flight, Frank thinks action needs to be taken.
