Firefighters were called to reports of a fire at Hatton Cross Underground station this lunchtime.

They responded to reports of smoke coming from the track just before midday.

Firefighters secured the scene to isolate the power and make it safe.

The incident was over within 15 minutes. 

There were no reports of any injuries.
