Kingston Council has drafted a new five-year homelessness and rough sleeping strategy.

The draft, which has been launched for consultation, wants to help identify the warning signs of someone who is at risk of homelessness.

The Council aims to take a new approach to supporting those with complex lives by partnering with specialised voluntary organisations.

The strategy has an overall aim of preventing homelessness and ending rough sleeping by 2024.
