More than 40% of people surveyed in Reigate and Banstead have not returned to the traditional five-day commute.

Reigate and Banstead Works commissioned the research to see how many people are still working from home.

Half of the 500 respondents reported their employers are open to ongoing flexible working.

More than 18 months on from the start of the pandemic, only a quarter of respondents, 27.2%, now commute five days a week.
