More than one million students face disruption as staff strike at 58 universities across the UK

That includes University and College Union members at Roehampton, Kingston and Royal Holloway.

Around 50-thousand members, including lecturers, technicians and librarians - are walking out for three-days over their pensions, pay and conditions.

Jo Grady, from the UCU, is promising further action if a deal can't be reached.

University leaders say they're well prepared for the impact on students' learning.
