Some British holidaymakers in red list countries face the prospect of Christmas in quarantine, or extending their trips abroad, because of a shortage of hotels

Those people arriving in the UK have to isolate for 10 days in special accommodation - but demand's high and there are not enough rooms.

Surinder Arora is from the Arora Hotel Group, which is based at Heathrow and runs hotels at the airport. 

He says, following the sudden change in rules, it took a lot to get prepared.
