A Brentford fan has been arrested on suspicion of using racist and homophobic language during their game against Manchester City.

The person is not allowed to attend any Brentford matches until the investigation is over, and may be banned depending on the verdict.

The club says that “abuse is completely unacceptable” and “those who can’t accept that are simply not welcome”.
