Police were called to reports of an accident on Dorking Road on the bridge across the M25 at 2:40pm on New years day.
Officers are appealing for witnesses of the incident involving a motorbike, a red Citroen DS3 and a black Ford Ranger 4x4.
Emergency services and members of the public administered CPR and staff at the nearby Pfizer building brought a defibrillator to the scene.
However, the man in his 60s was pronounced dead at the scene.
