Wandsworth council is encouraging residents to have their say on the proposals for the full pedestrianisation of Northcote Road.

It’s confirmed it will continue to close to traffic at weekends this summer, with plans to spend £2.8m to install barriers and bollards.

They also want residents’ input on final plans for Old York Road, which was permanently pedestrianised last year.

The £1.95m of refurbishment has been assessed as providing significant help to local businesses.

The proposal will be discussed at the full council meeting on March the 9th.
