The RSPCA is investigating what it’s calling a “shocking” act of animal cruelty in Wallington.
The remains of a husky type dog were found yesterday afternoon in Vanguard Way. The exact details of the find are too alarming to report, but the dog was found wrapped in a bin bag. RSPCA officers at the scene say they believe its microchip had been removed before it was discarded. The charity is liaising with the police and wants anyone with information about the animal to come forward. This can be on 101 or to the charity, confidentially, on 0300 123 8018.
