35 people were arrested in total after officers were called to both service stations on Thursday morning.
Police reported they were gluing themselves to the pumps, forecourt signs and vehicles, as well as blocking access.

pumps were damaged at Cobham Services, and a further 20 pumps at Clacket Lane.
