From 11am on Friday to 6am on Sunday, police will be able to order people to leave the town, train stations, and racecourse areas.
The tactic allows police to remove people they think are contributing, or will contribute to anti-social behaviour.
At its longest, it stretches from Epsom station to just past Tattenham Corner station, at a distance of just over 2.5 miles.
