31-year-old Lee Mallett was stopped in Egham in January since his car bonnet was damaged, and he then tested positive for cocaine.
In February, he was found guilty of drink driving and disqualified for 12 months.
However he’s now been given eight penalty points for colliding into another vehicle and driving off without stopping.
