Thirty five year old Daniel Alcon has broken the record for the "longest freestyle rap marathon."
Mr Alcon teaches English in Valencia in Spain where he now lives.
He says he wanted to raise awareness of Key Changes, a record label exclusively for musicians with mental health challenges.
