Former police officer, Wayne Couzens, was handed a whole life order after he kidnaped the 33-year-old from Clapham in March last year.
He's since appealed.
The special hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice will also review the sentences of Arthur Labinjo-Hughes' killers and double murderer Ian Stewart.
