Routes on the Elizabeth line railway will initially operate from Mondays to Saturdays.
The project to build the new railway was due to be completed in December 2018 and was set a budget of £14.8 pounds in 2010.
It will run from Heathrow and Reading in the west to Shenfield and Abbey Wood in the east.
