That’s according to Richmond Park MP, Sarah Olney, who paid staff a visit last week with Lib Dem leader, Sir Ed Davey.
Ms Olney says it’s because of a lack of capacity in care homes and domiciliary social care providers.
She says she is working to press the Government to put in place plans to ensure the NHS has the workforce it needs.
