More details have emerged of a crash in Chelsea where a women died after a woman was hit by a car.

The woman has been named as 41 year Olivia Riley 

Olivia was walking her three dogs at the time of the incident, they also died as a result of their injuries.

The 26-year-old driver of the car was arrested on causing death by dangerous driving.
