It’s reported that the incident happened on last Thursday the 19th at 3:30 in the afternoon.
The man is described as white, tall, slim and tanned and was
wearing a black wooley hat, shorts with a tattoo on his arm.
Officers believe he may be involved in other reported
incidents in the area recently.
