Thousands took part in the 15 mile walk between the hospital’s two sites in Chelsea and Sutton.
Money raised will go towards the completion of the new Oak Cancer Centre which is due to start taking in patients in the new year.
The Marsden is Europe's largest comprehensive cancer centre and rated as one of the leading cancer centres in the world.
