They have been called out to six separate incidents where the animals have been tangled in netting in peoples gardens.
Animal rescue officer Louis Horton said this can be “very
stressful for any animal, particularly a wild animal”.
Residents are being urged not to free animals from the
netting themselves as they need to be examined for injuries before being
released.
