Party Animal by Alex Davies was originally part of the Kingston Sculpture Trail which ran last year.
His sculpture depicts a bronze goat which stands proudly with a traffic cone on its back.
Party Animal was one of seven sculptures that made up the trail.
People were asked to vote for their favourite with Davies’s sculpture winning 51% of the vote.
