Ahead of the fifth anniversary of the Grenfell Tower Fire, residents say they are ‘living in the shadow’ of the tragedy.

The structure remain covered in wrapping with the message “Forever in our hearts” and no decision has made on its future.

A garden is currently one of the ideas, but no plans have been submitted.
