Hundreds of passengers have been left waiting for their baggage for more than three hours at Heathrow Airport.

It comes as staff shortages are still causing problems amongst airlines and airports up and down the country.

It is claimed that one worker said that there was a carpet full of baggage and no staff to load them onto the carousels.
