Podcaster and campaigner Dame Deborah James from Barnes has died at the age of 40.

In her last message she tells people to "find a life worth enjoying."

She raised millions for charity as well as increasing awareness of bowel cancer.

Her family shared her last bit of advice on social media - which also advises everyone to "check your poo."

Professor David Cunningham, who was treating her at the Royal Marsden in Sutton, thinks she made a real difference.
