They’re looking for 26 year old Ryan Mitchell and 29 year old Kieran Kavanagh who are believed to be in the Elmbridge area.
Mitchell is described as White, skinny around 5’7” tall and was topless and wearing light grey jogging bottoms at the time.
Kavanagh is also White, of stocky build, with brown hair and around 5’9” tall. He was wearing a white polo shirt.
