32-year-old Wesley Angel and 23-year-old Nathan Angel from Ealing are accused of the stabbing of Karamjeet Singh Reel.
Police were called at around half past midnight on Saturday to Staines Road.
The two men were arrested on Tuesday, and a third man was arrested yesterday and remains in custody.
