An 84-year-old woman and a 65-year-old woman were taken to hospital after being attended to by paramedics on Green Lane.
The 85-year-old is stable whilst the 65-year-old is in a life-threatening condition.
The driver was a woman, aged in her 50s - stopped at the scene. She was taken to hospital and discharged later that day. She has not been arrested.
