A rough sleeper has finally been handed the keys to his new home after 40 years on the streets of Chelsea.

Frank, who is in his late 70s, was suffering from prostate cancer and sleeping in a doorway when he was approached by council officers. 

He was referred to Kensington and Chelsea Council’s Dual Diagnosis Service and offered counselling. 

Frank was also given assistance with managing his finances.
