Wandsworth Council says Rosslyn Park applied for planning permission to use two containers as commercial kitchens last year.
They then withdrew the application, but now apparently operate them from 10am to 10pm and give food to delivery drivers.
The authority will now start legal action, saying they’re breaching rules around what people can do on Metropolitan Open Land.
