Elaine Harper, 65, who lived in Twickenham, died on the 30th June following the accident Green Lane on 28th June.
She was one of two pedestrians involved in the accident. The driver, a 55-year-old woman, stopped at the scene. She was not arrested.
The other pedestrian, an 84 year old woman, continues to recover from her injuries.
