Airports and airlines are under pressure to be "held to account" after Heathrow announced a cap on daily passengers between now and mid-September.

The UK's busiest airport has told operators to stop selling summer tickets.

It claims airlines didn't cancel enough flights during the recent 'slot amnesty' - but consumer groups are worried carriers could now claim cancellations aren't their fault.
