As the heatwave continues, Monday is looking like it could be the hottest day ever recorded in Britain

41C or 106F is expected on Monday with a "red warning" in place for the first time ever from the Met Office. 

Thousands of us are expected to descend upon swimming pools , riversides and coastal areas. 

As the temperatures soar, we’ve paid a visit to Hampton Open Air Pool, which is celebrating its centenary. 

80 year old Barbara Alberto says swimming there, in all weathers, has its benefits.
