Developers of a new retirement community in Weybridge are asking residents for their thoughts on the new project.

Socius wants to repurpose the former JTI building which sits on 10-acres at Members Hill.

It will provide extra care for residents, new community features including a café, hydro-pool, meeting rooms and sensory gardens.

It’s also asking for people’s ideas on what the Pavilion building, a former sports and social club, could be used for.
