Today marks the 17th anniversary of the 7/7 London terrorist attacks.

52 people died and more than 700 were injured when a series of co-ordinated explosions hit three Underground trains and a bus in 2005.

Among the victims was former Surbiton High pupil Emily Jenkins who dreamed of becoming a midwife.

Another victim, Ateeque Sharifi from Hounslow, fled Afghanistan after his parents were killed by the Taliban; he died at Kings Cross.
