It’s been confirmed Queen Elizabeth will be buried beside her husband, the Duke of Edinburgh, in a private service following her state funeral on Monday.
Thousands of people are continuing to file past her
coffin Westminster Hall; we’re told the wait is now at least 9 hours in the 4
mile long queue.
Emotions are still high in the room - with many wiping
tears away as they leave.
Her Majesty’s lying in state until Monday morning, when
her coffin will be taken to Westminster Abbey for an 11am service.
A national two-minute silence will be held at the end.
The late-Queen's body will then be taken through the
streets of London before being driven to Windsor Castle, ahead of that private
burial.
This afternoon, the Prince and Princess of Wales spoke to
mourners at Sandringham.
William talked about yesterday's procession and said
walking behind Queen Elizabeth’s coffin reminded him of doing the same
following his mother's death in 1997.
Earlier, the Earl and Countess of Wessex lit candles in
memory of the Queen at Manchester Cathedral.
